General Rules
- Keep your QR ticket ready for scanning at entry and exit gates.
- Maintain a minimum balance of ৳20 in your account.
- Children below 3 feet height can travel for free.
- Senior citizens and persons with disabilities have priority seating.
- Follow the queue while boarding and alighting from the train.
Prohibited Items
- Flammable materials and explosives.
- Weapons of any kind.
- Oversized luggage that blocks pathways.
- Pets (except service animals).
- Food and beverages (except water in sealed bottles).
Operating Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM
- Last train departs 30 minutes before closing time.
- Special timings during national holidays (check notifications).
Safety Information
- In case of emergency, press the emergency button in the train or on platforms.
- Follow instructions from metro staff during emergencies.
- Stand behind the yellow line on platforms.
- Hold handrails while the train is in motion.
